Penitentiary authorities in the State of Mexico have ordered the immediate preventive transfer of influencer Rodolfo "N", known as Fofo Márquez, to the Texcoco prison following the circulation of video evidence showing alleged violence by security personnel.

MEXICO CITY, Mexico — Security officials in the State of Mexico have confirmed the relocation of internet personality Rodolfo "N", widely known as Fofo Márquez, to a different correctional facility. The decision was officially announced following the publication of digital video footage showing custodial staff allegedly engaging in physical violence against the inmate inside his previous place of detention.

According to an official statement issued by the local administration, the decision was executed as an immediate protective protocol. The Secretaría de Seguridad del Estado de México determined that transferring the detainee to the Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social (CPRS) in Texcoco, State of Mexico, was necessary to guarantee physical integrity and safeguard fundamental human rights within the state penal system.

"Regarding the video circulating on social media showing custodial personnel assaulting Rodolfo 'N', the Secretariat of Security of the State of Mexico implemented the preventive measure of transferring him to the CPRS in Texcoco," the agency detailed in its official release.

State security officials reaffirmed that institutional guidelines strictly prohibit actions that violate the human rights of individuals deprived of liberty. Consequently, supervisory bodies have initiated internal administrative and legal proceedings against the correctional employees involved in the captured incident to establish formal accountability under local regulations.

The correctional shift comes after public concern mounted regarding security conditions within regional detention units. Human rights advocates and legal experts noted that administrative oversight remains crucial when monitoring institutional protocols in correctional facilities across Mexico.

Local law enforcement authorities emphasized that all procedures regarding inmate management in Texcoco will strictly adhere to constitutional standards while administrative investigations proceed.
